Dass wir heute Staatschefs haben, Regierungschefs, die zum ersten Mal als Regierungschef einen Auslandspass brauchen, weil sie vorher nur das eigene Land gekannt haben. Das ist eigentlich eine Groteske, eine absolute Fehlentwicklung. Dass Leute, die bis gestern nur die eigene Provinz kannten, morgen Außenminister eines großen Landes sind, ist eine absolute Fehlentwicklung.
